Sylvea Stevens is a Certified Reflexologist (since 2003) and Reiki Master with her practice based in Calgary, Alberta. She incorporates acupressure and crystals into her treatments.

Sylvea continually expands her holistic healing skills with different modalities and courses. She is certified in Hot Stone Massage and The Melchizedek Method. She has studied at the world famous Monroe Institute and has completed The Silva Method.

Sylvea has traveled to many Holy places around the world to experience the energies that will best benefit her clients.

Sylvea chooses to focus on Reflexology as her method of whole body balancing. To maximize the benefits of a Reflexology treatment, Sylvea uses crystals and Reiki healing techniques for an especially enhanced session.

Having studied health, wellness and fitness, Sylvea integrates her knowledge of all modalities for complete wellbeing. She personally experiments with both leading (and sometimes more obscure) products, foods and supplements. Sylvea offers genuine reviews based on her own positive health and energy experiences, so that others may make more informed decisions about their own healing pathway.

Sylvea believes in lifelong, continuous learning. She is presently training in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and BodyTalk.
